Employ Recruitment is recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers – Derbyshire to support ongoing multi-drop retail delivery contracts operating close to the Derbyshire and Staffordshire border. Current work is based within commuting distance of Derbyshire towns, with structured weekday rotas and consistent PAYE pay.

If you are a Class 2 driver based in Derby, Swadlincote, Ilkeston, Ripley, Alfreton or surrounding Derbyshire areas, we offer reliable Monday to Friday work with guaranteed minimum hours.

Pay Rates for HGV Class 2 Drivers – Derbyshire

All hours: £16.50 per hour
Paid via in-house PAYE payroll. No umbrella deductions.

What You’ll Receive

• 45-minute break deduction

This role offers predictable earnings and structured weekday work.

The Role – HGV Class 2 Drivers Derbyshire

AM start times between 04:00 and 07:00
Monday to Friday rota, with flexibility to night out when required
Multi-drop cage deliveries to retail stores
Average shift length approximately 10 hours

This is hands-on delivery work suited to drivers comfortable with store deliveries and physical unloading.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Minimum 1 year HGV driving experience
• Valid DCPC card
• Digital Tachograph card
• Professional and reliable approach
• Good written and spoken English
